Civil Motor Vehicle Citation Payment

This transaction allows you to pay civil motor vehicle citations issued by state or local police in Massachusetts. You will need your Massachusetts Uniform Citation form (sample below) to process your payment.

Please read this before paying your civil motor vehicle citation.

Please allow at least ten (10) working days from the issue date before attempting to pay via the Internet to ensure the citation has been entered into our database.

If your transaction is rejected, please contact our telephone center immediately to have the citation information & payment entered by a telephone center representative.

Please Note: The Registry of Motor Vehicles does not collect payment for parking tickets or excise tax. You must go to the city or town that issued the ticket or excise tax bill.
